I used RH multiple times on various targets so thought I'd post my experience. First things first, It ranks in the toughest spam dominated niches. eg. payday loans so if used in non spammed niches it will top spot no problem!

How it worked out for me.

- 8 month old domain - Settled Top #3 in about 10 days - Sandboxed 10 days after. Made 10 x the outlay so I'll take that. 301'd shortly after to another 6 month old domain and that was tanked in 2 days, changed 301 to a parasite and that got tanked a few days later.

- Brand new domain - ranked in 7 days, top 4 (real tough kw) raked it in for about 4 days then tanked, 301'd, that was tanked in a couple days.

- Parasite 2.0 - as above.

301's aren't performing for me (maybe I just don't have the strategy or skills), new domains didn't do to great. Aged domain is the only real option unless you hit a fucking huge search that converts like mad.

Bottom line, want a fast rank, this works 100%! Want to keep the rank for a few months, you need something else to hold this up and my advice, TRAFFIC and lots of it, then it should stick for longer.

Will i buy again? Yes, no question!
Is it good value? Depends on you, can you convert?

The system has changed, it's no longer a huge amount of work. Maybe that phrase is unclear to non-english, it means that you have to ask for something special to get something special.

Penguin is offsite, and in theory, our service could dilute your anchors and recover your site from the affective penalty. In reality, though, it's not likely. If it did work, it could take 1-4 weeks to enjoy the result.

No it does not. Use it on an aged domain and then 301 it so you don't risk 3 years of work.
 
Just made my 3rd order - Have made profit on each enough to warrant the 5 minutes it takes to setup a new domain =)
