On average, how many relevant links per week should one expect from your service?

The VA does about 60-70+ of each link a day; social bookmarking, blog posts, web 2.0s etc. So that is around a few hundred+ a week.

How many hours per day and how many days per week do they work?

Where are the VA's located? Bangladesh, phillipines, india? Or are they not from one area?

They work from 6-8 hours a day(weekly-part time and monthly-fulltime subscription is a bit different)

Oh US based, ok.

You talk about hiring a fulltime VA in the OP (unless I interpreted it wrong),
but that can't be the case at $240 a month with US workers.
