please pm for more info, so the VA is willing to do seo for 5 sites? what if we no nothing about seo, will they take over and rank for us without us telling them what to do?

How much Work can they get done every week on average?

Definitely interested. Happy for the VA to create a specification of exactly what they will do and get it approved and they run with it.

This can be created for me of course after I have accepted payment, but have been looking for this lately.

It depends on the clients site, If the keywords you wish to rank have high competition, high monthly searches then it will take the VA some time, but if it is a website with medium competition, then the great results will be visible in the first month.

They can do 60+ web 2.0 submissions a day and 70+ social bookmarkings a day. But this service is unique because this is not set and is to the preference to the client. This means that if you want your VA to focus more on social bookmarkings for example, they can do 100+ a day.
