I am extremely pleased with the excellent after-sales service that Bompa provides. When I received my report for 5 linkwheels, I did a random check and there was 1 deadlink. Honestly, it didn't worry me the least bit as the rest of the links seems ok. So I emailed him and just provided my feedback. The next thing I know, he emailed me and promised to do a review on all the links on all 5 of my wheels. And just today he has sent me a fresh report for the entire order with all the links repaired. Now, that's what I call PROFESSIONAL!
