I was a member for 3 months. I'd say it helped put me on the track, but contained mostly outdated techniques. And the "month" sections beyond the 2nd one are just dead.

I'd say it's only worth it if you're a complete newbie.

If you are going to start in PPC, start small over the course of 3 months. That will give you the time to learn and not lose lots of money. Best of luck. :D

Damn this thread has been going on for like 2 years now! But yeah PPC Coach is cool but I had to stop paying for it because I found myself spending more time reading threads than actually doing some work. And to me the tools really weren't worth the money because you really don't NEED them. PPC-Coach is more of a luxury. I started making money(the little bit that I've made so far atleast) when I put that $49 into some POF ads. Ironically I got the idea to take that kind of initiative from another paid AM program called Affiliit.com.

Also, their network (Wotogepa) scrubs/shaves email and zip submit offers like no fucking tomorrow. They claim it's the merchants scrubbing, and not their network shaving. I kind of doubt that because merchants usually won't scrub 100% of the leads.

Obviously this doesn't affect to those who are in other networks, but that's a really bad system for newbies since it's guaranteed to be accepted by Wotogepa if you're a member of PPC Coach. Newbies would most likely try out their first campaigns in that network and think that their all of their campaigns are failures due to the massive scrubbing/shaving that Wotogepa does.

I noticed this too. Not sure who's taking the money here but I would run all kinds of email submits on this network and see no returns. Definitely something fishy going on behind the scenes and now I don't trust them at all.

Totally right. And when I mentioned this on the forum it was met with a pretty piercing response. I think I said something like "Why do the same offers convert at 7.2% on Neverblue and 0.0% on Wotogepa from the same landing page and traffic source?" As a noob who needs that initially encouraging feedback, actually getting some fucking leads, that's the most confusing thing possible. And then when you don't understand what's going on and you ask, you get chewed out for it.

I have no proof it's him, it could be the advertisers just taking the piss out of his weak little network, but the fact that he gets angry when you ask about the shaving makes it hard for me to trust him.

Did anyone else hear about his new membership site about... membership sites!

Honestly, I haven't laughed so hard for ages.

Month 01 Lesson: Learn to make shitty half-working tools.

Month 02 Lesson: Learn to convince members that said tools are not working because they obviously don't know what they're doing.

Month 03 Lesson: Learn to stave off questions by letting PMs sit in your inbox while selectively berating persistent members.

Month 04 Lesson: Learn to pick out the most successful member of your forum and consistently point to them as evidence of your brilliance.

Month 05 Lesson: Learn to keep members around by releasing "new" info every month.

Month 06 Lesson: Learn to ignore your current forums by starting new ones.

Where do I sign up?!! LOL....

hahaha, spot on.

The guy is starting to send out emails to his former customers asking them how he should improve PPC-Coach. I didn't know where to start so I just deleted the mail. But there are some good hints in your list.

PPV Playbook is tons better and has just started a PPC / Social Media section on their forum. It's very small right now as it's only been going for a couple weeks.

Hilariously though it already outstrips the value in PPC Coach - the guy lays out entire profitable campaigns with landers, keywords and bidding strategies and tells you how to apply them to other niches. I learnt more about PPC from it than I did in 6 months at Will's site.

This is something that Will just doesn't do..... instead advising you to 'just keep launching more campaigns' and 'make more polls guys you're bound to find a winner in the end!'

I replied telling him to fix his fucking unsubscribe link. I always get a confirmation that I have been unsubscribed, but I am never really removed from his email list.

I was a member for three months but just canceled the membership last week. I had a real hard time getting ANY of the tools to work and after the first month I was looking to blogs and WickedFire for help. Since I was brand new to Affiliate Marketing it was good for the first month but after that I stopped using it.
