Im not arguing for anyone. Replace the dog with a bear or lion, would it be any different? The bear or lion just roaring at you and coming in your direction.

No matter if you step forward or not, if you feel threatened ( I cant say the cop was or not, the video is grainy and me and you were not there within inches to know what happened ) your gonna shoot or be attacked yourself.

Owner should not have left his dog in the car unsecured, especially a dog of that breed that everyone already thinks is "violent".

no matter if I am right or wrong in my actions while I am detaining the man, if his dog comes at me and I feel threatened by his perceived "violent" breed of animal, I am going to do something to still protect myself.

Lol at murdering an animal, someones family member because you "think" you may be in danger.

Even though you could completely defuse the situation and let the owner put the dog in the car properly.

Sorry, never seen cops walking around with their guns in hand ready to fire before a situation materializes.

It was an unlawful arrest. If a police offer makes an unlawful and illegal arrest
then they should be held accountable for whatever happens to the detainee
and his/her property.

If a person makes a false police report on someone and they
go to jail and then they get murdered in jail the person that makes the false
police report is held accountable.

It should not be any different for someone that wears a cool uniform and a
badge. But I'm sure this fucker will get his 2-week PAID vacation while his
own department "investigates" it and then find no wrong doing.

It was a blatantly illegal arrest... There is no law against recording the police.
If the pig felt that his life was in danger then he put himself in that situation
with his tyrannic behavior.

realize that they are not your friends and they could care less about you. All they are now
are tyrant lapdogs and Revenue Enhancement Officers. They murder people and family pets
at will and on a daily basis and are never held accountable.

College girls coming out of the store with bottled water and ice cream... the pigs in the
parking lot were trolling for victims, wearing plain clothes, charged them... one pulled out
