My new apartment

I've been looking for a new (smaller) place recently and think I've found the perfect one. It's on the top floor of a 15 floor building.

The building is still being built and should be ready for the middle of november, can't wait to move.

I think I'm going to use the second bedroom as my office, I could use the extra space for a couch or something.

Most decent-good apartment complexes have their own fitness/gym room..

It would be nice to have a gym right in my apartment but the building is going to have a huge gym/pool/sauna in it so I don't really have to do that. It's only going to be $1300 a month so I think I'm getting a pretty good deal.

i dunno man... i would look into something thats expandable, so you can expand with your business...

It's a skyscraper, there's probably something on the top level to maintain some semblance of energy efficency.
