You should post that ticket info in his Facebook page, "reviews" section. Unless Facebook has changed their policy since I last checked, he can't delete the reviews without removing the review feature entirely.

Meh, don't do that.
Let this dude continue McGrunining the McGrunins of the world. He's only taking advantage of poor idiots that can't afford a lawyer.

Ohhh, alright. I always just assumed it was either you defend yourself, or get a lawyer. Didn't know power of attorney went so far as to actually allow you in the courtroom.

So I can just grab a homeless guy off the street, give him $50, sign my name over to him, and say, "here dude, go see the judge for me"? Huh, learn something new everyday.

It doesn't, that's not what a "power of attorney" means. A POA gives you the right to "stand in the shoes" of the person you are acting for, e.g. you could sell their house, enter into a contract, etc and exercise legal rights that they could on their own behalf. They can't grant you any more authority than they actually have though (I could sign over power of attorney personally to my good buddy Frank, but I couldn't sign over power of attorney to Frank to act on behalf of President Obama).

a "Power of Attorney" doesn't literally mean, (as Mr. Costello seems to think) that you suddenly have all the "powers" (e.g. intelligence, competence, a state bar card, a clue, etc) of an actual attorney. Your constitutional rights as a defendant in a case allow you to call someone like Costello as a witness to testify, but he doesn't automatically get the authority to act like an actual attorney, and the Court has no duty to let him speak if he's holding himself out to have that right because someone gave him a a Power of Attorney any more than Jon can elect best WF poster of the day to get to be the U.S. Commander in Chief for the Week. His contractual relationship, if you could even call it that, with Grunin only affects the rights between those two, the Court and Judges aren't affected and don't care.

TL;DR The court will tell Costello to take a hike, unless they just want to hear him talk for a few minutes for their own amusement. Either way, he has zilch authority to represent a Defendant and will be removed.

i dont get it though, martin had a handful of colossal campaigns and etc. why is he broke?

Grunin probably made a bunch of money back in 08-09 when Facebook and PPC in general was easy pickings. After that income stream dried up and he had blown all his money on fancy cars he probably switched over to defrauding them to try and maintain his fake baller lifestyle.

So...yea....apparently this isn't him according to him because he is man.

I have no words. I'm pretty sure if anyone wants to violate some HIPAA and CFAA laws and pull his medical records we would find that he is schizophrenic.

what the f...

This thread is already one of the most craziest things i ever read.
This will be remembered longer as we all think.

What's the reasoning behind the hyphen and colon in his name?

BRIAN-ROBERT: COSTELLO

Advanced SEO Rep Management tactics that we cannot comprehend because we are not MEN of the LAND In A SOVEREIGN Nation. What Does A Name Mean? I am not a Name, I Am A Man, Therefore I cannot be called by A Single Name. I Reject The Notion Of Names And Only Go By My GOD Given Name Of Man. Robbie-222: Boston Are You a FREE MAN or A Robbie of United States of America? Think About It.

BRIAN-ROBERT: COSTELLO

Because he thinks if he acknowledges the actual spelling of his actual name, then he is entering into a contractual agreement that he should reap the consequences of all of the felonious activity he's committed. But if he never agrees that his name is actually Brian Robert Costello then they can't touch him, because he is not a label. He is a man and nothing more.

He thinks "authority" is a two way street and that he has to recognize it for it to be real and have power over him, just like all these anarcho-utopia retards we had flying around here last year.

Tell me who has authority when you're sitting in the clink with a 9-incher up your ass and stitches across your forehead.

Can you represent yourself in court? If so then surely you could give power of attorney to another to act in your place. No?

Definitely not. The law is very clear on that one. You can either represent yourself or have an attorney who is a member of the bar in that jurisdiction represent you. In rare cases in small claims and some civil suits you can plead to a judge to allow you to speak on someone's behalf, usually in cases of things like mental illness or Alzheimer's, and the judge at their discretion may allow it, but for this... not a chance. In fact, this little blurb from his Facebook page could land him up to 6 months in state prison:
- COURT CASES: As a Diplomat, Brian Costello can represent anyone in ANY court in the U.S. without you being present.
As per Unauthorized Practice of Law | State Bar Of Nevada a first offense is up to $1,000 in fines, and/or up to 6 months in jail. However, if he's up for illegal firearm possession by a felon, he's looking at considerably more time anyways

Oh, crap. Here's California's code.

"6126. (a) Any person advertising or holding himself or herself out
as practicing or entitled to practice law or otherwise practicing law
who is not an active member of the State Bar, or otherwise
authorized pursuant to statute or court rule to practice law in this
state at the time of doing so, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable
by up to one year in a county jail or by a fine of up to one thousand
dollars ($1,000)"
