Holy shit... we read about this type of defense based on the
Strawman Theory in my criminal law and sociology classes.
Cliffs: "The theory holds that an individual has two personas, one of themselves as a real flesh and blood human being and the other, a separate legal personality or person (usually written in CAPITALS) who is the "strawman". The idea is that an individual’s debts, liabilities, taxes and legal responsibilities belong to the strawman rather than the physical individual themselves, conveniently allowing one to escape their debts and responsibilities."
We read that people who get overwhelmed with the situation they're in or don't see a way out default to the Strawman Theory to try and rationalize what the fuck is going on.
It never works.
Mcgrunin man... all the trolling and luls aside, unless you're thinking about getting a mistrial by throwing your attorney-in-fact under the bus and attempting to win via some huge technicality that no one but you saw coming then I would seriously lawyer the fuck up. You're still young and this is still salvageable. Shit happens but it's not the end of the world. Get your shit together and either fight this or take a deal. For either of those options you're going to need a white collar legal defense team/firm/partnership with experience in this. Not this strawman bullshit.
