Jesse Willms runs a massive rebill operation that grossed over $500 million US dollars. He pushed things too far unfortunately, and got sued by the FTC. He settled, and continues to be a successful businessman today. Jesse was never charged criminally.
Jesse was a good marketer who was an aggressive split tester. He is someone that deserves admiration, even if he pushed things too far. Hopefully he learned from his mistakes and now runs a clean operation.
