Martin the Moron thinks that somebody who uses the title "attorney-in-fact" (As opposed to attorney-at-law) can practice law as a lawyer. Actually it's somebody who you signed a power of attorney agreement with.

Anyone can be an "attorney-in-fact" if they are appointed to being one with a power of attorney document issued by the donor. It doesn't make them a lawyer who can practice law however. It only allows them to step into the shoes of the donor. In the above example, Martin is the donor and the hack he hired to "refuse consent" of the Facebook lawsuit is the "attorney-in-fact".

Martin is so dumb and unsophisticated that instead of lawyering up with a licensed attorney, he hired some "free man on the land" sovereign individual hack who is pretending to be a lawyer. Christ what a rube.
 
I can just envision one of Facebook lawyer's now who have been assigned this case. Sitting at a posh bar after work, sipping a martini, while explaining the story of this case to his colleagues. They just sit there with their mouths open in awe, not really sure what to say, until someone starts cracking up with laughter, and they all follow suit.
