We've been getting visits from DOJ & DoD agency ip's since 2007 at least (I believe that's when we started to actively track it). A handful from the SEC over the years. The best are the state AG ones, for some reason very few AG's or DA's seem to know how to navigate this forum.. they always just seem to get lost and give up.
I can neither confirm nor deny actively dickrolling many of these in the early days. You know, for lulz mostly. A maze of meatspins, 80's tunes, and lulz, with no clear end for them to find a point to any of the topics that all go off topic here anyway. Those poor fellows, they were just curious!

In Associated Press style, they don't use an Oxford comma because it takes up less room to print. This is an old rule that's basically just held over from when that made a flying fuck and everything wasn't just posted up online.
