wait a minute. Until now I was kinda thinking that this guy would come out under from this collapse at some time in the future; heck even after jail time. There's always a way to make money in this blessed country.

but losing that girl? man that's his biggest loss yet. Grunin you dun goofed bro. That shit is gonna hit you hard years down the line. Better do all you can to fix that shit so you wont have any YES RAGRETS tattoos later on.

Good luck.

Clearly you didn't hear about the romantic upgrade. It's been timestamped and properly documented. Upgrade, bish.

More than likely, the people he sold accounts to seen this thread, and told him to STFU.

This. It seemed in everyone's best interest to keep him talking (more entertainment). The only reason I'd want him to shut up is if I bought an account from him.

Pro-Tip: When a US district judge states he's sending your case to the DA for possible criminal investigation, is probably not the best time to do a public AMA.

You're right, no lawyer offers guarantees. A guarantee is not what I meant, but when they tell you "We will get this removed for sure or Don't worry it, they'll definitely lift the motion"; I see that as being some sort of promise that they kept falling short on.

This is another huge red flag for me. WTF?

I'm sorry, but if I was in the position you're in, and a lawyer told me basically, "no problem, we'll get the case dismissed without issue", then I'd run for the hills. If I ever got myself into the shit like you're currently in, I would want my lawyer to tell me there's no certainties, except to settle in for the long haul, because it's going to be a hard, draining, and expensive battle.

Considering this is a marketing forum... yeah...

And when Jennison stated, "It looks like you've won." You believed that BS as well? Are you ppl really this gullible?

The guy is a sociopath. Worse, he's fucking stupid. Oh sure, his lawyer guaranteed a dismissal. Did he cash-in on that guarantee? He owes his lawyer a bunch of cash, so it seems unlikely. This idiot lives in a fantasyland where he's a superhero. I am not entirely certainly he's not a schizo--no other explanation for hiring Costello. Stupidity doesn't cover that.

His attorney actually did get him an option to have the default thrown out but he was going to have to actually come up with a defense and agree to pay for Facebook's attorneys fees resulting from his fake lawyer's shenanigans. I guess neither of those were options for him but it wasn't the attorney's fault.

If anyone here really was naive enough to believe in what Martin Grunin says, they'd be defending him because poor Grunin was framed and is a victim.

Anything that comes out of Grunin's mouth should be considered purely for entertainment purposes only.

He said what I quoted above in regards to the (most likely) upcoming criminal suit. He's not worried about criminal charges, because his new lawyer already basically guaranteed to get the case dismissed. I don't know, but if I was facing jail time, already lost a civil suit, and my defence attorney told me not to worry about it, I'm quite confident I'd be pretty fucken worried. Well, and also looking for a new lawyer.

mGroanin is probably grinning thinking he has some sort of leverage by having the names of the people he sold the accounts to ready to deal with.

What he doesn't realize is that they won't give two shits about that since it's most likely a civil matter between them and facebook. They're going after the the one who committed fraud and identity theft to initially procure the accounts. The parties that bought them could claim they thought they were legitimate unused accounts, and their simply having a hard time paying their bills.

Sure they'll take them at a negligible price, but by no means is that going to be a get out of jail free card for mole-brains mcGee ...
