Beat me to it!!

I haven't seen anything yet on criminal charges being filed, but what they are alleging is serious stuff.

Timeline of Marin Grunin's rags to Hundred thousandaire back down to dead broke and in debt (I can foresee the future..) story:

- Martin Grunin fakes bank statements and company infos to get 70 FB Ads accounts from FB.
- Poses as ad agency rep for multiple companies by spoofing their emails and fwd-ing numbers.
- Does so to extend the agencies' credit lines.
- Cloaks and spams the crap out of Facebook with the advertising agency accounts for adult dating offers, against FB's anti-affiliates policy (even though they officially solicited affiliates that bankrolled their entire first few years of advertising revenues prior to their IPO launch DIRECTLY from affiliates/advertisers they found specifically on this forum... but hey, that's another story for another time.)
- Facebook sends billing statements to the spoofed emails that Martin Grunin controls.

[NOTE: All of it could have stopped right here, and all he had to do was face likely being banned from Facebook for life, but at least he would have had the money to pay the bills.. but this when he decided, nahhh, I'm above the law and I deserve this money, plus I'm too smart to get caught.. Yeah, let's do this.. ]

-Martin Grunin responds back to Facebook's billing department with FALSIFIED bank statements on behalf of the companies.
- Facebook sends Martin Grunin a C&D to stop spamming ads, he agrees, but says zero fucks given and continues right on with it on the same day. (Proof - oh look, he posted about it here back in 2011..
- Facebook attempts to bill the actual companies on record and is denied as they have no idea what Facebook is yammering on about, as the people whom they have been in touch with have never worked for their companies, nor have they ever really existed either.
- Martin Grunin Flips the burned Facebook Ad accounts to buyers/other affiliates for up to $30,000 each. [link]
- Facebook is pissed because no one is paying for the $350,000+ spent by those accounts...

And then the plot thickens.. in a weird way... as usual...

- Martin Grunin pretends to be a stock market winner winner chicken dinner.
- Makes claims that he has made all of this money STRICTLY from his hidden talents of picking winning stocks!
- Martin Grunin rents a Lamborghini and scuffs it up, but brags about it ON his Facebook so everyone can see what a fool he is for parking it in Brooklyn, on the street, overnight.
- Makes a VERY foolish bet with Jon Fisher (oh yeah, you're gonna be my slave bitch now dude!!)
- Creates threads about amazing stock picking skills hoping to show off and prove his LEGEND status claims!

- Wait for it... Wait for it....

- Fails to pick winners. Everything tanks.
- Waits a lil bit...
- Tries again with second thread.
- Fails harder.
- Apparently someone forgot to turn on his inner stock picking talents mechanism.
- No worries, begins to sell a service where YOU can PAY HIM for picking BAD stock tips for you to invest in!!
- DEAL OF THE CENTURY!!!!
- Creates account at EliteTrader forum to prep for epic live trading example to promote future forum.
- Fails REALLY REALLY hard by doing the opposite of everything he claimed he would not do when picking stocks.
- Has more experience than Harvard and Yale grads.
- Clearly has no experience at all at following his own investment advice.
- Gets sued by Facebook.
- Lives the baller life... with dad.. at home.. BUT HE HAS HIS OWN ROOM!!!
- May face bank fraud criminal charges too.
- Gets the fame he was looking for... in the NY Post labeled as a scammer.
- Lulz and some tears everywhere.
- Life goes on.

“Obviously I didn't graduate from Harvard or Yale . . . but I have more experience than them,” he said. “They may have gone to great schools and done terrific, but they don’t have anything near the experience I have.”

Looks like I joined these forums at just the right time!

At first I thought the Grunin stuff was all like:

Now I see it's more like:

I was wondering how he allegedly made six figures selling Facebook accounts, makes sense now.

Hope he didn't take advantage of any of Jon's contacts listed in the FB Ads thread.

More than this I think. From reading the suit it looked like he pretended to be a representative of ImprezzoMarketing (forged bank account statements, email spoofing) to get a line of credit on FB ads, and used that to spend $300k on his campaigns across the accounts. He then didn't pay up, and FB found out about it when they tried to follow up with ImprezzoMarketing and they had no idea about the campaigns... It'll be interesting to know how they traced it back to Grunin though.

Before the "big" $300k one, he did it before with $40k and another account.

The buying and selling of FB ad accounts almost seems to be a separate issue, but I could be wrong. Looks like the ads he was running all violated terms etc, too.

^^ everything he did was bullshit... can WF stop sucking his dick now?

it is extremely easy to run successful campaigns when you DO NOT PAY FOR THE MEDIA

1 simple trick to success - FRAUD

WF does not understand the people who publicly brag about success are usually the HAVE NOTS

"Grunin lives at home with his father, who declined to comment."

Fake baller. Crash and burn DUMBASS.

His car pictures, his "stock market" know-how, his ocean-side horse riding adventures made me feel slightly inadequate. Now who will I look to for motivation?

Can't really blame them. Doubt they or anyone else knew he was really bait and switching his fake success.

Although, that thread where ILC pwns him over and over with the WWE gifs is going to remain a favorite of mine for a long time.
