LoL Hydra LoL

Yep, sure it's $10k I can't even imagine situation where you make $10/month for few monthes in row lol

I strongly believe.. soon every network will follow hydra route..promoting offers of consumer value.. rather than rebill shit.

One can make money with rebills.. but i am sure the network worth will not increase by a penny.

I appreciate the decision. and for sure it may hurt volume in short term but it will be worth to lose some money today to make a fortune/worth in near future. Ask CJ/Linkshare why they are not running any shit . They are still bigger.

Thanks
Sam

I didn't know Commission Empire was based out of India?

Although I have no problem with Hydra individually I don't like the whole canceling accounts strategy that affiliate networks are using.

There has to be a BETTER way to fight fraud. With all the smart people in this industry how has someone not figured out how? Maybe its a great opportunity for a third party to come in and make some bank off the affiliate networks offering some type of protection service?

We have been doing around $10/monthly with hydra and our account was also suspended. The problem is that, as a mailer, now any campaigns we sent out don't click through...they should have alerted affiliates that this was coming, so we could have been prepared and not mail any of their offers up until the minutes we were suspended. Still haven't heard from them why we were suspended however.

If you're making 10 bucks a month, you got a much bigger problem. lol

you should just post specifics without anyone pm'ing you

Ya you're right...who am i trying to save face for anyway. Basically, Doug Walker engaged with our recruiting firm - NeoHire.com to help bring on some killer marketing dudes from within the space. We hired them several killer marketing studs....everything was great, they paid all their invoices and all was well. Then all that turmoil went down, and shit hit the fan in the midst of them interviewing and trying to lock down several more of our guys. Long story short, the walker's exited and so did Hydra's ethics. They decided they were not going to pay us for the placements of a few high level hire's that were made through us, including a close colleague of ours - Josh Eldridge who we brought on from Lowermybills. Mason - if your reading this, I would love to hear how hes doing for you guys....

Never ever had to sue anyone, but after this type of conduct, we really had no choice. I'll let you guys know how the litigation plays out, but after reading into their finances (thanks nickycakes), I can slightly comprehend their efforts to "cut costs".

They may be having internal problems but they're stilling paying out regularly and have been for the 8 months we've been working with them.

They've paid out over $140k in commissions to us in the last 10 days, but then maybe we're a "high value" affiliate who they're not trying to piss off.

The cutoff was much further back than just 2 months. Plus we also looked at pubs' lifetime volume with us.

no, you didnt. i have done SERIOUS volume with you in the past ( patrick was my AM ) and my account was deactivated due to inactivity...

How did i find out? i was looking to mail your offers again.
