It usually takes 4 - 6 weeks. It takes time but it's definitely worth the wait:

Is it possible to provide you with a custom list of citation sites for this service, as the main ones in your list are not applicable to those businesses outside north america? please advise
 
Joozed, Do any of these link back to the site as well? In other words will this help increase my sites over all authority? Looking to age a new website for a client, and thinking this will be a good method.

Yes, almost all of the directories link back to your website. So it will definitely help increase your site's authority. Most of these sites have PR4 or higher.
 
Last question (for now) do we get a list of our listing URL's at the end of the service?

I have almost 300 clients who may be interested in local seo.
 
This service is legit. I order it for every local client. It should be every online agency's policy to build citations along with a Google Places listing.
 
I am drooling over this service.
