Notably asking an entire forum how you can ruin someone's life because you are so completely clueless on how to react to the situation you are in.

Well before I jump on board the lynch train I have a couple of questions:

How do you know OP is telling the truth and it's not some guy that banged his girlfriend?

How can you or OP even be certain that the passport posted is the guy in question?

Because I was in touch with Chris during this whole thing -- and I also had a friend at GoDaddy and another IP Lawyer friend of mine involved in this case. So yeah, I know more than one side of this.

Long story short, some 20 year old douchebag from Vietnam stole my course-notes.org domain name a month ago and sold it back to me for a large amount of money.

Thoughts I've had so far:
-Hiring a lawyer in Vietnam to go after him
-Setting up a ngominhheiuisathief.com page and SEO the shit out of it
-Contacting anyone listed as a reference/previous employer on his resume

I'll go out on a limb here...

1.) Find list of social taboos for Vietnam
2.) Start ring of 1-2 page sites promoting whatever those social taboos are - naturally, of course "Authored by" your target. Pick up some cheap international hosting.
3.) Make sure you include really nasty things like "dog meat recipes", "butt sex with dead dog before cooking", etc.
4.) SEO the shit out of it, as mentioned previously

Get it posted and call in a few favors - ie, get every WF member to Digg it, blog cross-post it, etc. Also make sure it goes into very conservative (read: "Ignorant") survivalist sites that generally don't like "them asians".

And then offer - for a fee - to remove the sites...
