How Many Hours of Sleep Do You Get?



6-7 hours. I don't sleep well if I stay up past midnight. I get more done when I wake up at 6 or 7 am than after 9am.

Also, I find running at least 1hour/week helps keep sleep efficiency. i.e. not having to sleep over 6-7hours and still wake up tired.
 
routine is get up check my affiliate stats, slam a bottle. make some new fucking ad copy. smoke a dube. write content (all the while smoking newps and/or dipping). slam another bottle then when the day really kicks in blast some powder for link building and customer contact. ill do this for about 25 hours straight then sleep for 25 hours. its pretty much a haze of bi-polar/intoxication but hey, my campaigns break even so who gives a fuck.
 
9-10 hours a day, divided into two chunks of a 6:4 ratio.

I've always wanted to be able to function on half as much sleep, but eventually accepted the fact that sleep requirements are genetic.
 
Just enough for your body and mind to work well. Test it.
I like what Arnold said about sleep; sleep faster.
So sleep as long as you want to.

I goto bed when I'm tired and wake up when I wake up. Sometimes I'm in bed at midnight other times I'm in bed at 4am. There really isn't a set pattern.
 
Forced my self to bed early but ended up starring at the ceiling and start thinking shit, hearing voices, sweats and all. Now only go to bed when sleepy or tired, at around 2 am and wake up when wake up. Feels shitty but don't really want to take any drugs.
 
To the OP's original question, I get about 7 hours.

Problem is, my timing is so fucked up. Yesterday I went to bed at 7am and work up at 2pm. Back in the day I didn't mind this as I could work well at night. Maybe it's cause I'm older now, but I really do enjoy being up in the morning and seizing the day. I want to try for 12am to 7am.
