CPArev / Dustin Cucciarre of Gainesville, FL contacted my attorneys yesterday and said the following about his company because of this thread:
"Due to your “slander” of CPArev, it has failed and been “completely shut down.” He said he has no resources to pay anything further.

Has the OP purchased Dustin's name as a domain name yet? Do that shit, set up a blog, post what you have posted here, SEO the hell out of it, keep it up forever. Employers nowadays Google peoples names, and I'm sure potential affiliates doing their due diligence will do the same.
