I have checked this out before and all the domain names were free in the past until last night after the above post. Somebody registered Dustin Cucciarre .com, .net and .org last night and it wasn't me...

"DC Media was created earlier this year, way before his financial troubles and issues that became of it with you and other publishers. It was originally a company that a few people created (including me) which the soul purpose was to create a few continuity offers in the bizz opp vertical.

I would kindly ask that you clear my name from your post, or through a follow up.

Oh and BTW, I no longer have anything to do with DC Media nor do I have any partnerships with Dustin Cucciarre. Just want to make that clear."

not at all, i see him on here a lot i just saw him and Dustin were friends and it looks like maybe business partners so i wanted to post it here so people can be educated.

Their business might not be the same but, but two guys from gainsville FL with CPA networks hanging out in matching white suits adds up to be suspicious.
 
I'm still owed close to $10K from CPArev / ValuMedia LLC

CPArev / Valumedia lawyer basically told my attorney's he's not going out of business, but also not paying, because he has no means to pay. He also said I'm his only debt. His attorney also said we didn't have a written contract signed by both parties so as far as he is concerned he don't owe anything.

I had my attorney's from Michigan working on this and when it was time to file suit I had to get attorney's from Florida to take over the case. My Florida attorney's went back and fourth with his lawyer and when they filed the suit with the Florida courts it turns out CPArev / ValuMedia LLC is not registered entity in Florida, it's registered Texas.
