How CPArev is screwing me out of $34,875.00

Whatever man, of all the things in this thread I'm surprised you got your panties in a knot over that.

Panties in a knot? Are you alright? I thought it was kinda funny. Not even close to having my panties in a knot. But whatever, it was my bad for assuming otherwise.

Out of curiosity, because I don't know enough about the legal system/when you win a case.

Let's say you get your court date, you go to court, and win no problem... Pardon my ignorance but this doesn't exactly mean they literally go into his bank account or assets and deposit them into your name/account, does it? Post win - how do you 'get' what's yours? And if he still can't pay/clear the debt, what happens (close his biz? jail for him, nothing for you?...).

The court can order information for all his bank accounts ,ect and have it siezed.

He also can put a lien (like another mortgage) on his house , so that it can't be sold without being paid off.

^ ouch. Are there other scenario's? Sounds like even post win it might take a while to actually 'get' your win.

A court can order a sieze on his account but theres nothing stopping him from withdrawing his money weeks before and depositing it all into a hole in his yard somewhere, if you get my point.

A lien is the most probable course if he has no real liquid assets.

Yeah except of course perjury.

Some people who aren't career criminals find that they have parents willing to make loans or a forgotten small trust fund/inheritance once push actually comes to shove.

I did some reasearch - he is also the owner of two other networks (I think CPAWhiz and another network) where he did the same exact thing.

He is just a big fat peasant, if you've met him in real life. He tries so hard to be like me, but he should know best - I do me best. He's been running networks (without any business sense whatsoever) for awhile now. I think he makes his money by getting affilaites in, then getting lazy and chargebacked because of all the AZN fraud and doesnt pay anyone.

Actually, by the area code of his cell phone 352, that's a Gainesville area code so he's in florida. You can't lien someones primary residence in florida, it's against the law. The only way to lien someone's house is with a mechanic's lien which is when someone does some work on your house and you don't pay them. Since the lawsuit has nothing to do with his house, you can't touch it.

Just hire me. For 2k, I'll come to his house and kick his ass. I'll also collect any valuables on my way out that is pawnable.

New Updates!!

CPArev / Dustin Cucciarre has been in contact with my attorney's this week wanting to work out a payment plan of $1000 per month.

He told my attorney's that he wants the thread on WickedFire.com taken down and for me not to post ANYWHERE on the internet about this again, before he starts his payment plan.

I can't disclose much more info regarding the legal side of the case, but I can tell you my attorney's eat nails for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I'm POSITIVE they will resolve it.

No fucking way should this thread be deleted, he brought this upon himself. This information needs to be out there for the next guy who considers trusting this thief.

Ugh, he owes you the money regardless of this thread or not, also as it's already out on the internet it should stay, in fact I hope this gets achieved somewhere.

If he intends on shutting you up, it should to cost more than what he/they already owed you to begin with.

If your lawyer is such a hard-ass, I wouldn't believe he'd even think of accepting a deal like that.
