How CPArev is screwing me out of $34,875.00

Quick Update:

CPArev still owes me $17,192.00.

Dealing with the courts is just as slow as dealing with this "network" - but the progress is steady with the court system.

CPArev does not contact me with updates. But I heard around the streets that "Dustin Cucciarre of CPArev is planning on taking out a loan from the bank to pay me."

Like I told the streets. That 17K loan is going to be like pissing into the ocean now that attorney's are involved. The loan should have been taken out in June / July.

I am working with cparev network from month of July and i generate 1050$ i was promoting dating websites like singlesnet , american singles and BBW , Dustin was good with me in start he talk me daily and ask me ur working or not like this , then he set my AM to clayCparev , i ask for the payment clay siad to me that dusin is away from few days and i will talk him and then we will pay u , dustin back after few days and i ask for payment he said we will pay u at 31st August , i did not get paid yet ,i send him emil he said we are having issu with advertiser it was my july payment what i was asking for first he said well will pay u at 31st agust now he siad we having issu with advertiser from that day i did not see him online or Claycparev sometime claycaprev came online i send him message he did not reply to me i am promoting dating offers for many networks like azoogleads,maxbounty,7reach,copeac and i never have any such issu i dont want to lost my 1050$ what i have to do anyone can help me out

Is this Dustin from Gainesville Florida?

LOL. He applied to C2M today. We go to a lot of gator games in Gainesville and would love to do an "inhouse" interview with him.

That's the one, Ruck. More specifically, Starke, Florida.

He applied as an affiliate?

or is he trying to broker shit?

Whatever it was, please record some conversations so we can get our kicks off!

I still don't understand how Dustin said he couldn't float anything. When one, affiliates float more than 32K, and two, we paid him multiple times and on time.

Clearly he is a d-bag and knows nothing about running a business. As others have touched on, he was not properly funded to start up this business. His history seems to indicate he is a con man more than a business man.

In traditional businesses you pay your employees first. You don't pay your mortgage, you don't pay your vendors, you don't pay your landlord, you pay your employees first. Without your employees and their confidence in you, you might as well shut down.

With an Affiliate Network, you have your employees, but you also have your affiliates. They both need to be paid first. Before he has his wife get a pedicure, before he gets his oil changed, before he buys his next freaking meal.. paid paid and paid. Before he pays a light bill, before he buys another pencil, paid paid and paid.

I can guarantee you this guy had a whole list of things he paid for before he dropped a dollar back to dollar. The evidence is in... and he is only going to make it harder for the next guy.

That being said, I don't think I have ever signed up with a network and done any serious traffic before establishing a relationship and/or getting history.

I find it hard to believe that these guys had some kind of exclusive offer or massive increased pay-out... so it probably was a completely unnecessary risk.

I hope whomever is owed money by CPARev gets paid sooner rather than later... but I really think it needs to be made sure they are doing as a business, because this kind of behavior is just not acceptable.

Even if they guy totally screwed up, which he did, had no idea what he was doing, which he didn't, he could have at least had a chance if he would have dealt with people honestly. Instead he lied over and over and over again, which makes it pretty clear his whole intention was to rip people off from the get go.

How can he be waiting on future revenue? Who is driving traffic to a network where you can not contact anyone?

If anyone has a list of offers they were running, it wouldn't hurt to contact advertisers either and let them know what is up. Advertisers don't want to be working with networks who don't pay up any more than networks want to work with advertisers who don't pay up.

Wow I just signed up here and was reading this thread, I AM GLAD to see an affiliate finally fighting back. I been in this situation a few times but never for this much money, most ever was like 7k so i it was never worth it to pay attorneys and all that. But that's what networks ran by guys like these thrive on that mentality that you will just give up and move on. CONGRATULATIONS i hope after the attorney fee's you at least get you PPC cost back.
On another note i actually got that cheap lawyer insurance lol. I know crap right. We'll some small networks like these actually payout real fast after an attorney contacts them. You may want to look into that, kinda like a cheap first line of offense.
