First time Site-Flipping Over 1K profit in 20 days

OK, I took what Jon talked about in his blog about internet real estate and I applied it to a website I created about 2 weeks ago and made a nice profit from it.

2 bulletins - $40.00
3 text links - $15.00

total - $55.00

Sold in 20 days of being live online, for $1,500

profit: $1,445.00 USD!

This was my first time selling a website, and I was very pleased with the outcome (obviously). I was planning on keeping the site and building it more over time, but I read jons post in his blog and decided to try and sell it. MAN am I glad I did!

Im currently working on 2 more sites to flip right now.

Yea, I guess you can call it flipping even though I owned it, and yea, Im exstatic that I made this much profit off my first site sale. Makes me know for sure I should be doing this (and affiliate marketing) instead of designing fulltime.

With that little time, you can't have driven much traffic to it?
Did you use Ads for traffic?
