How many OBL's on each page? Is there a limit to the number of subscriptions accepted? All sites have the same permanent OBL's?

Can I confirm the following?

1. The link is posted and remains on the main page. ie. Sticky blog post etc

2. Some of the links will be indexed within 2 weeks.
I have joined 2 other such networks. I saw incoming BLs from one network within the first few days. I have yet to see links from the other after 12 days. Still wondering about renewing it.

1. Yes the link remains on the homepage in a sticky blog post.
2. Yes some of the links will be indexed within 2 weeks. In fact, I don't have exact numbers for the indexing of the links but I believe that about 75% of the links will be indexed within 2 weeks.
