Why? I just got booted from my second dating campaign, since the leads weren’t converting on their end. I’m doing the same thing (I believe) as most of you in this thread, so have no clue what’s going on here. How are you guys keeping your campaigns going, and the advertisers satisfied? What CTR you got on em. I may actually be interested. I can't get jack approved right now. AND the credit card bullshit is stingin.

You can target over 25 years old if you want to improve lead quality. 18-25 year olds converts like shit on their end.

You can also mix in leads from search engines to bring up the lead quality. Also you can try have ad copy that doesn't mention "free" in it.

Combine those two then advertisers will like your quality and may even give you pay bumps.

Extra $300 a day? Hook me up!

What network did you get booted off of? Just wondering so I can determine if I can convince some other people to let me run it.

The highest performing advertisement for the first dating campaign had a 0.22% CTR with the lowest at 0.12%; the average was 0.15% on the whole. It has some five creatives running. The second dating campaign has 37 creatives running, with an average 0.07% CTR across all of them. Bear in mind, some of the creatives in the second campaign aren't getting many clicks and are contributing to the lowered CTR. I know someone can make this work, so hand over something that works for you - and I will give you what's been working for me.

Heck, my target market is extremely large so it is of benefit to both parties.

Hell, I'm impressed you got dating ads *approved*. I'm 0 for like 6 now. I think part of the problem is that anything that might actually get a decent lead is blocked by their terms. Maybe I'm just too much of a n00b to answer that (no need to respond to that, people).

6 is nothing. People have hundreds dating ads, or maybe more disapproved. It's tough to get the good ones in.

LOL, I had an offer netting me about 200 a day I just got booted from..I'll trade you.

so im guessing everyone is feeling the effects of the uber facebook slap?

almost 3/4 of my ad's are now disapproved and im scraping together affiliate networks to find offers to push through...frustrating to say the least.
 
i got emails from neverblue saying the lead quality on my eharmony\mate1 campaigns sucked and to stop advertising, never had a problem getting ads approved... its pretty obvious what they do and dont want. either way im going back to promoting actual products that pay per sale cos i cant think up any other decent campaigns to run on fb.
 
Keywords

Whats up withthe Keywords. Is there a list of all the Keywords, and what do they actually look at? The content of the profile? The intrestes when they first signed up and ticked thebox. What happens if the Keyword you want to write in is not in their lists ???

The keywords are in there profile. Like if they say they like to go "fishing". You can type fishing as your kw and shows it to only people that have fishing in there profile.

There aren't enough people with that KW to bother advertising too. The list comes from peoples profiles.
 
So if the KW are not"completed automatically" by the system, when triing to writte them in, then that means that no need to bother about the KW section.
I would be intrested if you are actually usimng that feature, or how do you all target?
By KW, by gende, by profession, by age............
