Hey chrisr
I got that same issue too, can't manage ads or delete 'em, its been a pain in the arse, and for a while i couldn't create new ads but can now..
The template has shifted over to the left and I got icons swirling at the top left as if the page hasn't loaded properly, been like it for a few days..so your not alone
woo hoo my first post, good to be here, some cool info, fanks you lot!
It looks like they rolled out a new credit card fraud system. If your credit card failed 2 times, it will be blacklisted.
FB has just become a pain in the ass to work with. I posted an ad last nite that get's approved and followup this morning with a creating a similar ad but exactly the same; disapproved. The inconsistency is stupid and i'm sick and tired of that shitty interface that was created to manage ad's. I agree with recent posts, time to go elsewhere because the days of easy abuse 6 months ago are over..
"Unfortunately, the error message that you are receiving indicates that your credit card is not passing our fraud protection system. Please confirm that the information you have input is correct and accurately reflects the information that your bank has on file for your account. If you are still unable to make a purchase using your card, please either try using a different credit card or contacting your credit card issuer. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
gee, how very helpful that is. Theres nothign wrong with my card.
Same shit response. Keep on sending them emails. Not that I do not want to pay but their credit card fraud system is just dumb
