Facebook Social Ads

I'm still getting 91 cent suggestion bids, and very little impressions and clicks. Anyone else still going through this or have any suggestions for fixing the problem?

I think right now it's just the cost to do business matched with their glitchy issues. I've written them off until new years. Then maybe we'll see.

The ad has to pass their guidelines, and it has to be very relevant to the landing page. If you're vague about what the ad is for, it won't pass (IME< others may have different results). The zip submits you're seeing are probably either cloaking, or were submitted a bunch of times until some drunk college kid let it through.

I'm not sure if you guys know the answer to this but does FB disapprove ads more based on the actual Ad itself or the Landing Page we send the visitor to?

I see tons of dating & zip/email submit offers when I surf FB but haven't been able to get any approved no matter how innocent and PG my ads / LP's are.

Those fucking interns are probably fucking us. They're probably signed up as affiliates on the side and shutting us down so they can run their own ads. Think about it - pretty powerful position they hold there...

Nah, Facebook interns are too dumb to become affiliates.

Although, infiltrating Facebook and approving your high converting ads(ringtones anyone?) looks like the perfect crime.

Somebody should try it.

As it stands, Facebook is not a reliable advertising medium with any amount of longevity. I still see some traffic, but it consistently fluctuates. What really concerns me is the complete lack of communication from Facebook- if you're having a problem, let your advertisers know.

We're all in the same industry here, we know that shit happens. Instead, thousands of people are wondering what's going on and why. It's bad business.

yesterday i had to bid 30 cents to get impressions, and today it's down to 15 so, it seems to be leveling out again. about the same as what happened last weekend, so i expect by tomorrow or tuesday the bids will be back to normal-ish again

I've got a few ads waiting for approval since yesterday, they're probably going to be pretty slow right now due to holidays.

I've had ads waiting for approval since Friday. Looks like Facebook's interns are too busy getting drunk/high/laid on the weekends to work on ads.

What do the orange exclamation marks on the left side of the ad campaign screen mean? Does that mean the ads are pending approval still or something?

Facebooks ad interface is so god damn annoying and lacking.
