Question - After sending about 100 clicks to a 'dating' site...and getting only 1 convert..safe to say the offer dosent convert...or could it be my image of half nakid woman is too misleading?...hmm still playin around with timing but yah...cant seem to crack this nut.
 
Looking very similiar for me.

Im going to do the following launch a bunch of ad's from every network i can find and see what converts and then delete anything that doesnt im thinking a treshold of 30K-40k impressions to see what shifts and what does not.

1. Some things i have noticed there is a bug in the CPC:
If you have a lot lower than recommended and bring it up a few cents at a time and keep pressing the submit change button it appears as if it farms out the impressions quicker. Even though my CPC was listed as .27 its down to .19 when the clicks come in. Now thats strange! Maybe theres something im missing here.
2. The refresh on the ads screen does seem to move impressions up i dont get that but im going to have my browser auto refresh.

Anyone else seen similiar behaviour to above. I also noticed my affiliate no reporting one CTR that occured im assuming an honest mistake or user closing browser prior to getting to the ad site.

Can see this been a good bit of work but continous testing id assume will reap dividend!
 
Perhaps my comments above could be related to the system not been synchronised completly between servers its a phenomenon i have noticed again on another ad.
 
okay, cant make ads all of the sudden. Anyone else with issues? Whenver I get to the choose audience tab, I cannot continue from that screen. Have contacted FB, just checking with the everybody else...
 
its not even about making ads!!!! my best campaigns arent even converting anymore, im still getting clicks but is so freaking werid how im not getting conversions. anyone experiencing the same thing?
 
I'll probably jynx myself by saying this but I had my biggest day with social ads / Neverblue yesterday after they increased my limit to $1000. It's definitely still converting for me!
 
I have to say, their editorial guidelines are horrid... I have tons of ads disapproved for text problems, and as u can c i alwayz uzes propor grama
 
Gotta love it! My campaign got killed today by the advertiser, but when I logged into Facebook I see my EXACT AD! Same image/title/text everything. And where does this ad go to? Well I don't know....THE ADVERTISER'S FACEBOOK PAGE. Guess they don't need me after they found all the info they need.

If I had 100 clicks and only one convert, I wouldn't give up on it if it has potential. Hows your CTR%? Did you make multiple ad copy? Is your tracking right?

If I had solid CTR try building ads around there, maybe your LP or the advertisers LP sucks.

Just some thoughts.
 
I just noticed this morning that Facebook is now blocking the destination url of the ads like Yahoo, Adwords, and Adcenter. Good move or bad move for Facebook? Good move or bad move for the advertiser?
 
facebook got smart. they no longer directly link to the ad they now add this to every ad:

www*facebook.com/ac.php?meta=

so it redirects from their servers. i used to just copy the ads' link instead of click on it so it doesnt cost the advertiser any money and go to the page to snoop it out.
