EWA Suspended MY Account For Cookie Stuffing?

My account at EWA was just suspended for "Cookie Stuffing". Can anyone explain what cookie stuffing is?

I was running strictly organic/SEO traffic to diet offers with review style landers. I am a bit surprised cause I didn't even get a phone call explaining! You would think that a network as big a EWA would handle this matter a little more professional. I am really frustrated because no one over there seems to know what is going on with my account including my AM.

I guess you should just stick to the networks that you KNOW pay and don't give you the run around when it's payment time!

Cookie stuffing is what I typically refer to as ghost firing of pixels. It's easy to spot because a campaign will track within normal ranges across the board and with a particular sub id we are way over tracking.

I had a pub running the traffic that I have never had problems with. If he was cookie stuffing I would obviously understand why my account was suspended and would kick him off my network as well.

I just wanted some info on what cookie stuffing actually was. I think I should at least be shown some proof before I am shoved out the door.

They're EWA. If they want to ban and ask questions later, they can. If an advertiser gives me solid proof someone is lead stuffing or I catch a pub cookie stuffing, my team bans the account immediately and sends an email.

I think it's common practice in the industry because there is so much fraud being committed and honestly, it's a waste of my time to baby a fraud publisher. "Hi Mr. Fraud Publisher, would you mind if we banned your account?" lulz.
 
Yes I understand where you are coming completely and when I get the proof I will be banning my pub as well. I am currently working with them to get my account reinstated.

Yea, in this industry there is no "guarantee" of a network paying you. Networks come and go, only a few are doing things right and are ABLE to pay.
