I am fucking amazed by all these scumbags. Talking old people into paying shitton of money for publicly available info is so damn low. They would've all been lynched after a week of such "business" if that took place in a different time/place.
 
Based on the financials that were posted, looks like there is a few affiliates owed money in the $XX,XXX range, and some in the $XXX,XXX range. I'm sure they are planning legal action, and talking about it on a gay webmaster forum won't do them any good.
 
If he has a LLC and he paid himself a salary and then filed for bankruptcy then theres not much anyone can do about it.

You would be able to sue the company but not him since its a limited liability corp.

Thats how people buy nice shit. Start an LLC, borrow against the company credit, pay themselves 100k+ a year, default, shutter company, live happily ever after.

Problem with this is people claim they got fake wire receipts. If someone produces a fake wire receipt, then all bets are off. The LLC can be pierced and Eagle can be sued as an individual.

But lawsuits open a whole new can of worms, and discovering his assets is going to be even more difficult than the actual litigation. I am sure he is has strategies in place to hide his assets and make civil litigation difficult.

Honestly Guy(s), leaving comments on my blog without any merit is kind of lame. Claiming my parents built my business, etc., is bullshit. And don’t call bullshit on my prior engagement (before internet stuff). I really used to sell Diamonds & Coins on eBay and Overstock. See below :

I learned the business from a mentor of mine who used to be an eBay Powerseller. He set me up with some wholesale diamond & coin deals and I was able to make a cool chunk of change for a 12 year old. It’s really not that big of a deal and I could have chosen to keep selling Diamonds and Coins & probably had just as much success…But I was sick of going to the post office – It sucked..

I mean, Generally speaking it does in numerous aspects but im trying to figure out if the whole “the older you are the more mature” you are thing is just bullshit. Its generally obvious when your a young child if you are going to me “Mature” or a “Loud Obnoxious Kid.” I just dont see how people really judge human beings by age.

It just bothers me that people judge based on age when they dont even know the person/kid. People should realize that they once were young too (tacky quote). Its lame how the law revolves around age and how one day your considered an ”adult” and on the day before that your just a kid. Kind of eating at me why people judge by age and wanted to Let It Go

Harrison Gervitz looks like the slimiest motherfucker I've ever seen. I don't know how he does it - he doesn't have white trash face, and he's a young-looking white kid, but jesus christ I wouldn't trust that nasty son of a bitch with 1 dollar.
