An ordinary lawsuit to collect a debt will get nothing. You need the force of the government to run the investigation and trace the trail of the money.

What about somebody making a website, fb group, thread etc and make it a mission? otherwise people will just forget this in a few days and he'll just enjoy all the stolen money and continue to tweet as if he's still a hero.

All scammers, frauds, liars have got proper treatment from the WF community but Ryan did not get anything yet other than just being called out and ridiculed.

If a random people files a complaint, the lodge will investigate. But it will be a little bias on his side, a mason is a brother to a fellow mason. So they're brothers but not the complainant, who will you rather be with? Even if the lodge don't tolerate it, it will be the way of life out there. He passed the rituals, he passed everything but the complainant is just some random fag on the doorstep with a piece of paper. The Lodge and it's members will vouch for him until proven "guilty". In which case this will be treated as a case of a business falling down and it is inevitable, it happens to everyone. Having said this, if he is a real mason then brothers will help him get up.

However keep in mind that if another mason files a complaint about this issue, whether locally or international then that's the time the lodge will investigate without any so called brother bias. But Goodluck finding another mason that has been ripped off, there will be none. But why go this route when you can easily get into court right?

I also doubt that he is a mason if this scams/fraud are real. First of, scams and frauds are NOT Tolerated in ANY cases and not done. If he really is a freemason he will not do any of those fake wire transfer and show it to everyone and some scams he pulled out about a "New women partner" using an avatar without the permissions of the girl just to fool everyone and get more money. Honesty in any business is a must for all freemasons, how you think, how you react and how you treat everyone. Some will have flaws but doing it intentionally is not a Masonic way of building a business.

(that said, who gives a crap. Ryan's world is not going to come crashing down, just because he isn't able to wear a white apron with his grandpop's suit or suite like Ryan likes to call suit's).

Not from the Us and haven't rolled with Eagle. Been seeing all this EWA threads over and over again and decided to reply to something worth replying on.

There will be no use in going to the lodge with this facts. Go to court and that's the best you can do. I will not vouch in on something I don't know. I've only seen Eagle on Wickedfire and had not been visiting his sites or any of his stuff at all. But with this facts, he will get up that's for sure. It's just the matter of how

It's not like this situation came to be overnight. I'm pretty sure Eagle will still have sizable assets hidden somewhere.

Someone needs to get on his ass. Maybe some of the few guys who are owed XX,XXX will bother.
 
Sucks for everyone who lost money and didn't get paid. I know that feel from when Copeac went under. Everyone seems to be talking mainly about Eagle, but wasn't he only half owner? What about his biz partner?
