Good God 40 million dollar fine for cookie stuffing .. this is not a 40 million dollar civil suit .. this is a state imposed fine, that is insane ... This could be a pretty landmark case in how Cookies are viewed legally...

It just goes to show that you can make a ton of cake being shady, but you better watch over your shoulder cause it could come down on you at anytime.
 
Yes, they shouldn't have done it but why are they having a criminal trial? Surely the civil action from ebay should be enough. In cases involving big corporations they should get their money back, their costs and perhaps a bit more and then do something to improve their security. FBI investigations, trials and prison space are on the taxpayers' dime, and ebay and CJ should not be getting this corporate welfare.

Maybe Shawn can sell Digial Point for about one hundred million in order to pay fine and law suit.

With money left he can put in investments good. By time he get out jail in 10 or 20 year can have lot money waiting for him for live good live.
