ok, I'm sure you guys not getting paid are the least of Mike Krongel's problems. I'm sure the FTC has a microscope up his ass. Honestly you guys are pretty dumb to send traffic after you heard he was having FTC issues. So it's pretty much your fault you're not getting paid.

Yea you guys are right, it our fault for even considering running traffic with them after the FTC fiasco. I blame myself for the loss of money and I'm going to be more careful in the future (divide up traffic among networks, etc...).
With that said, it doesn't mean we shouldn't come here and bitch about Krongel. The fact is, if he doesn't pay us, he's still someone that should be outed. He should have shut the doors and said he can't pay us, instead of pretending the network is fine and we should keep sending them more traffic.

For years, he's appeared to be a standup guy running a decent network. The whole thing is sad to see.

There's really no excuse for spamming people in an attempt to get some traffic when he has no intention of actually paying affiliates or likely also AM's. I wonder what my new AM's name is this week?

he's probably trying hard to get affiliates on board to generate revenue so they have good cashflow again to pay their lead generators.
It's businesses, unfortunately any affiliate worth his salt would have eyes and ears in a affiliate community and would have heard about this, is really sad.
Pretty sure if his assets are frozen, that includes his bank accounts, which will have a hold on them and/or he won't have access to any new money that comes in. (From my understanding)
Also: Best of luck to COPEAC, I didn't work with them but from what I've heard they've always been stand-up guys.
This just looks like the start to a lot of upcoming shit with CPA networks in future....Affiliate `s be warned....wonder how much can be recovered with affiliates suing them?
