COPEAC stopped paying?

I'm kinda glad its happening to them.

Copeac was the first and biggest network to whore out my landers and traffic sources to other affiliates in their system via Instant Messenger. I only found out b/c an affiliate I was helping to train/teach got hit up by his AM from Copeac with my LP URLs and traffic sources and telling him to copy/paste/run that shit.

Its one thing to copy and paste peoples campaigns, its another thing to whore them out to your entire affiliate base.

Dick move to wish something bad on someone.

If you invented the colon + acai LP, you did something wrong if you're selling backlink packages.

Just saying

Damn that burns me just reading it. Think I would be on a plane with only a baseball bat for check-in luggage within the hour.

Copeac had internal teams running flogs hard and pushing affiliates hard to run them. They also produced flog creatives for affiliates to use. There is a line.

Really? I would fire someone on the spot if they did this. Even giving a LP away is a big no-no. Pubs work too hard to do what they do, to just hand it to someone else. Same with our mailers, they send us their custom creatives to get approved and those stay exclusive to them.

I guess you dont know the meaning of being diversified.. is that why your service in you sig has never launched after 12 months of being advertised in Wickedfire? For such a *baller* emailer like yourself, you sure need to be talking. A tracking service that links to a poll site thats a parked domain page? HA
( sellwithpolls.com )

Besides, selling links has nothing to do with my media buys and other ventures that Im a partner in. Guess it doesnt matter my service is 95% automated? Geez, it sure takes a lot of time to run with me and my partner and yet pays for my kids college funds on its own everyday without dipping into my own savings from rebills.

Get real fucker.

To everyone in this thread who's owed more than about $5k.

You're lending large sums of money to businesses you know very little about apart from what you've heard on a forum. If you're not doing credit control on them properly, you're asking to get burned. It's a crazy, crazy risk to take.

The fact that some of you are leveraging your exposure up by paying for traffic on credit cards makes it even more crazy.

You need to start acting like a proper business and get yourselves a credit controller. A part time one is fine. It's very hard to do it well yourselves, as you need to be totally dispassionate about it. You also need a different relationship than the one you have with your AM.

A decent one would have spotted the warning signs months ago and told you to cut ties with Copeac.

Relying on reputation alone isn't good enough. Even well-regarded networks could have stuff going on that you're not aware until it blows up.

Actually, there's probably a good opportunity here. Someone with some credit management experience could sell their services on a freelance basis and specialise in AM.

the payday loan offers only do $1500, but maybe one of their grant offers could save the day...hmm

hmm

Mizuno Mp-63 irons will mask your mistakes
Mizuno is targeting lower handicaps while using Mizuno Mp 63 irons. Within the crowded MP line, the 63s occupy the slot between last year's MP-68 (Mizuno's current "tour blade") and also the MP-58 (which promises a little higher launch and slightly more forgiving option). Another new MP iron, the 53 supplies the most assist in the MP line, with even higher launch plus much more forgiveness. With four current MP models, Mizuno offers more choices for better players than most other manufacturers.Want . club is geared towards "better" players does not necessarily mean who's is not to make available less skilled players.

mike? Is that you?

I got a response from an email. They basically said they are trying to cut expenses in order to payout. They said no chance of getting payment for October in October, but perhaps in the future. Not looking good. I'd pause all traffic if you haven't already.

Is is getting any better there in COPEAC? I don't hear anything yet so far. I noticed the ads on facebook promoting copeac offers have disppeared in the past weeks. Not sure if its the ads stopped working for the pub, or the pub doesn't get paid and stopped running them.

Personally, haven't heard anything from Copeac about my payment. Haven't been asking for it either though. Alls I know is don't run traffic with them.

You guys all whining and bitching about your payments sound like a bunch of idiots. If you are running an actual business and not some fly-by-night I-live-in-my-mommy's-basement-and-run-flogs sham, then do what a "real" business does and send a PROPER INVOICE for amounts due by EMAIL and US MAIL. Indicate on the invoice that payments are due within 30 days. When they fail to meet that, turn the matter over to your lawyer and sue them for the amounts owed + legal fees. Fucking ridiculous.

invisible777, You really make me feel "We are idiots!"

I should have invoiced copeac, send a letter to them, due in 30 days. If i don't get paid, hire my lawyer and sue their ass off.

This is really professional invisible777, you rock!

Then I realized they owe me $1500, it will cost me the same to hire a lawyer, and copeac has so many cases lined up, they don't even care this anymore. Sending an invoice? pfff, what's the point? By the way, have you ever dealt with any real world lawsuits? Have you ever seen the defendant paying your legal fees? You sure you will get paid by taking legal actions?

Hmmm, invisible777, I thought you run a real business, you should have a solution?

In my limited (7 yrs) real world business experience, even if people owe you $10k, it is still not worth it to get into legal. The energy and time it takes can make you $100k already.

Now i realize some people has no brains while speaking on a forum.
