Clickbooth Deactivates SwipeAuctions due to concerns...

LOL Great job steering the conversation away from the REAL issue Mike ;-) So are you saying you're not aware of the current open investigation by the FTC in both the US and Canada on Jesse, SwipeBids/Auctions and all of his partners!?

Do you have a link to this FTC investigation?

There you go again lol Still not answering my question...shall we try again? Are you saying you're not aware of the current open investigation by the FTC in both the US and Canada on Jesse, SwipeBids/Auctions and all of his partners!?

And they were wrong to do so?

Didnt say it was wrong but in all their cases the lawyers get close to 90% of the settlement and consumers see a small amount, these lawyers prey on consumers just the same as they claim the businesses they go after are doing.

In their ringtone case i think the settlement was something like 54 million with 45 million going to the lawyers and 10 million in refunds to consumers who mailed in a form with the max refund being $10 per claimant

Glad those lawyers are out there protecting consumers
