Assumptions make you look like an ass.
Swipe has a B - BBB rating, no continuity on their charges and actually ships products out daily (Ive seen the delivery logs)
Jesse may have had some bad publicity in the past but swipe has been pretty clean in the past 3 months since we have worked closer with them.
They also advertise how easy it is to get a refund on penny auction news sites and other outlets.

That site needs to set up an affiliate program and get onto the networks - I'm sure it would do well.
These are the same guys that sued everyone for ringtones, and bus opps, i guess they are moving on to penny auctions

Have you seen the class action lawsuits against Google, Bing? Yahoo? Facebook?
What about the ones against GM, GE, Ford, Verizon, Citibank, Goldman Saks.

You are comparing a penny auction website run by a known scam artist to established companies? I'm not knockin anyone for promoting the offer but trying to paint SB/SA as 100% legit is stretching it.

People dont win prizes? I have a screen shot showing they shipped 50K products to consumers.
People dont know they are being charged? If you look at the page the $159 charge is right there.
Im not saying Jesse is a clean individual but people jump to conclusions without really looking in to the facts.
If anything the companies i cited above are the biggest scam artists, look at how much money goldman stole from the american public
Well according to some of my inside sources there is also an open investigation in the US and Canada by the FTC on Jesse Willms, SwipeBids/Auctions and all of his partners....but I'm sure they do that to all LEGIT companies, right? ;-)

I can agree on that GS statement but when you Google Swipebids and most of the first page results are referencing scams you have to at least think there might be something going on.
A lot of the comments are old, or people who are looking to burn a witch.
When they first started they were pretty aggressive, we told them to lower their payouts, provide more disclosure and ensure people are taken care of with refunds. In the past 3 months they have really turned it around.
The reason for the payout drops were so they can be more liberal on their refunds, i still think their refund policy should be adjusted to make it easier but i am sure they will get there in time.
