She's not a nurse. She's a nurse's assistant. It's been reported like that for some time, it's just that people started throwing the word "nurse" around a lot so it stuck.
So yeah, they had the untrained hired help cleaning up the piss and shit and blood of two Ebola patients in their dying throes. And they aren't disinfecting before they remove their protective gear. And the woman arrived in the emergency room at a different hospital, didn't tell anyone right away that she had been treating Ebola patients at the other hospital, so they marched her through the emergency room and the nurses that initially dealt with her, did so without protective gear on.
