Hong Kong is one of the few places in the world without civil forfeiture. It's a good place to have a bank account in. I immigrated to HK back in 2004 on an Investment Visa and I have not regretted it. It blows away third world shit holes like Thailand when it comes to both infrastructure and rule of law.
some other stuff
Im not trying to say that it sucks. Its just a very general statement, and if someone was to go global, I wouldnt tell him to get a hongkong business entity, because there are better options out there.
Do you really need protection from civil forfeiture or is that just some anti gov wet dream?
Personally, I wouldnt want to spend extended periods of time in these urban landscapes.
