Bro do you even HGH ?

1. Don't start until age 30.

2. Once you're on.. Stay on.

3. Test only (Ok, a lil Var won't hurt now and then)

4. No reason to go above 500mgs weekly.

5. Spend 80% of the time at 75-125mgs weekly.

6. Perfect diet.. You can't afford two vices.

7. Don't obsess on mass.

8. Feel and look fucking great while everyone else is too lazy / dumb to leverage them safely.

*Big fucking down side is dependence.

You're better off cruising nonstop with injectibles, but that gets expensive.

It's not really that bad depending on how much you're cruising on. 200mg/wk of test is pretty good, if you want to stay on the high end of the range. I've been on TRT for about a year and half, I get mine through a compound pharmacy a 10ml vial costs me about $100 and will last me about 2.5 months. There are other things, AI and HCG but, it's still not too bad. I spend way more than that on food. Do have to keep up with blood work, I take OTC supplements to help manage BP, cholesterol etc. it's not for everybody but, it's way worth it to me not just the physical benefits I'm seeing but, some days I just feel like a million bucks. I still have my ups and downs like anybody, good days and bad days but, I feel so good sometimes. I hardly drink anymore, if I do it's not more than 2 drinks, I haven't been drunk since I started and I was turning into an alcoholic, I've quit everything else I was doing recreationally.

I was already pretty close to low-t when I was tested, not quite but, after deciding for a few months I felt like I wanted to go through with it. Anti-aging clinics are prescribing them like candy these days. It doesn't come without it's potential sides and anti-aging clinics treat it like a business so they'll prescribe anything, so you have to do your homework. My liver values have gone up since I got on, BP started going up until I started managing it, have to donate blood regularly because of high hemoglobin etc. but, to me the reward outweighs the risk but, that's just me YMMV. It is a big decision to consider because once you go on, you're most likely not coming off because if you do, you'll probably have even lower test than before you started because of long term damage to your HPTA.

Have you noticed any hair loss since starting TRT?

No I haven't yet but its different for everybody MPB (male pattern baldness) is genetic. If you are going to go bald when you get older, anabolics will only speed it up. If you are not prone to MPB then you won't go bald. Just like there's some pro bodybuilders who run massive doses and have a full head of hair.

I believe the way to know if MPB runs in your genes its based on if your grandfather on your mothers side had it then its likely you will have it.

I already cut my hair short and have been for years I get a 0 all around so if I did start going bald I would just end up shaving it completely.

Workout hard, eat healthy. I always thought HGH is just for older men.
I know some people love their supps i knwo lots of guys who have used them.

Workout hard...chances are you are just barely scratching the surface of what you can do. Eat like a machine. In high school i made a deal with some guys that i was going to workout and get buff. I got picked up each day at 6 am we went to the gym. If at any point in the day they saw me without my container of pasta/tuna or potatoes/tuna...or whatever else i was stuffing myself with i got beatdowns until i found my container of food..lol
i put on about 15 pounds muscle in 18 months.
Fast forward 20 years. I still have it. I still workout...i'm working on my gut now, because i tool about a decade off. however its under control.

Of course im not trying to get jacked or ripped, i just want to be healthy and fit.
Slightly ripped..lol

Do what works for you...but there is no magic formula...calories in{good ones} versus calories spent. then lift and exercise to suit your needs
