epic might as well just close it's doors....if they want to work with grimey advertisers, then they need to cover their affiliates when the advertisers don't pay. so what if he used a different ad copy, there were still sign ups generated.

I would call the FBI and file police reports both in your and their jurisdictions just to make a point. Contact AG's office (both in your state and in their state).

It's one thing to say they won't pay you. That would probably be within their terms of use to which you implicitly agreed. But forcing you to continue providing them with services "or else" is some shady shit.

Either this whole story is bullshit or one of their employees is about to get fired. (assuming you do something about it)
