Hai guys whats up. I actually signed up with Bevo 2+ months ago but I never heard anything back. So what gives?
 


So just a thought here regarding support...

You guys seem to be very responsive, however there's a limit to how well you can support a growing user-base, and the times you are available are limited.

That said, I'd love to see a forum implemented on your site for Bevo users to communicate and obviously a Support sub-forum. This would do several things...

A. It would allow users to help users, cutting down on your support load
B. It would allow users to search for their issue, allowing them to not hassle you because they already found the solution
C. It would provide another tool for organizing support requests
D. It would give valuable product feedback if people are having similar issues

And those reasons are just support-related, there's obviously a bunch of other benefits. Thoughts? To be honest, if you guys don't implement one I'm tempted to start one up myself.
 
Looks like I posted too soon. They just put a support forum link up today and the forum is working, but the link is busted. Great chatting with you tonight Ryan.

Real support is IMing with your users at midnight--my AM could learn a thing or two from you.
 
Hey guys - Big update here, just posted on my blog (The Official Blog of Ryan Bukevicz and BeVo Media. Internet Marketing Strategy and Internet Marketing Tips). We are opening the interface up to the public on Tuesday, Aug 10th. We will be enabling all accounts at 12:01am EST.

I want to thanks everyone on Wickedfire who helped out with the beta. This post was absolutely huge in taking Bevo to the next level. We fixed every bug reported, and added a TON of features since my initial post. Sorry to everyone who I couldn't let in for the beta. I just wanted to make sure everyone had the best "first experience" with us as possible. Hopefully, this will be apparent when you use the interface for the first time.

More to come, very soon! :)
 
Looks good man. Will be wringing my hands with sweaty anticipation until the 10th. Must have watched your intro video at least 10 times by now.
 
Interface is now open to the public. All accounts have been enabled. Marketing has begun today and will continue all the way until end of month.
 
so i can't do the self-hosted w/o joining premium? :) i clicked the download link for self hosted and takes me to a page to sign up for premium.

was basically gonna say the same thing. sent in a support ticket and waiting for a response from bevo...

A couple things regarding the new design...


  1. Please bring back a MTD view in the dashboard somewhere. You used to have it on the right, next to "Today" and now you just have "Today" at the top. I check my stats frequently via my mobile during the day and this new layout and the removal of MTD makes it a real PITA to get that stat. (Of course, a mobile site would solve this *hint hint*)
  2. The main dashboard is giving me a pop-up that says "A script in this movie is causing Flashplayer 10 to run slowly, yada yada yada" and it is grinding system response to a halt.
  3. On the dashboard where the first two columns are Rev (which changes based on the date range selected) and MTD Rev, MTD Rev just gives me zeroes, regardless of the date range I put in. I'd think that should populate automatically with whatever the current MTD Rev is.
  4. Support link is still busted
