Since you say your keyword is "pretty hard" and since you are starting
from scratch, there is no service that is "right for you" compared to other
services. You will need several services with varying features, imo.
If there is any such thing as a shortcut to ranking, it would be sub pages
SEO'd for logtail keywords. If you take that route, (it's my favorite), then
you can blast 3 URLs with our regular 25,000 package or you could blast
6 URLs with our 100,000 package.

Bottom line - this service fuckin' rocks. I've seen ranking results a day after I was notified my blast was completed and that my pinging was going to start.
On an existing site (been around since '08), I added 6 new pages of content focusing on 6 longer-tail keywords last week. These pages had no existing backlinks to them and their rankings were nowhere near the top 10 at the time of me ordering this service.

1) i have one site that is relatively new, indexed with domain registration 1 month old, can this service be used for ranking these?
2) i have another site brand new, not indexed & with absolutely no backlinks at all to any pages, should i start getting backlinks with your service?
i am just scared of getting "de-indexed", or raising the red flag and getting labeled as spam in google algorithm

Afaik yes, because you would be getting valuable backlinks. No matter
what language a site might use, that site still needs backlinks. Also, quite
a few of our forums are in foreign languages: Polish, French, Russian,
German, Chinese, Japanese, etc, etc. So you would be getting a good
mix.

These forum profiles are not "spammy" like some blogs and guestbooks
that I have seen, so you would be getting a pretty "clean" and innocent
link. Also, keep in mind that if these links could hurt a new site, I could
search for new sites and make them pay me to NOT blast them! LOL
Google is aware of that and does not want to make that type of market
available to the shady underground world.
So, in short, this is a perfectly safe service for you, imo.

last few questions... how long does it take to complete one cycle for 50,000 package, or the 200,000 package?
are we talking about a couple of days or hours? i am guessing there is no option to "drip" these over a month?

I will just guess about 10 to 12 hours. It depends on his current load.
(turnaround time is longer tho). It's all done at once, BAM! No fiddling
around. The idea is to give the "going viral" impression.
