Hi,

Not "posting", but yes, we are creating multiple profiles on forums.


Please explain your tactic. I was under the impression that backlinks needed to have unique ip addresses to count more than once. Thanks.

All backlinks need come from unique IP addresses?

No. If that were the case in this day of shared hosting where the hosts
are sometimes putting 500 or 600 domains on each of their IPs, you could
only get one good link out of those 500 domains.

If two or three sites on the same IP think that your site is a really good
resource for their visitors, they would not be able to cast an effective
vote with a link.

We have 12,000 to 13,000 unique domain names. That is what Google
uses, the canonical domain name, not the source IP. We don't even
check the IPs, no one does that I know of.

I'd like to know where you got that impression.

Do you have a reference link for that?

I think what he wanted to know was if he orders 100,000 profile links, will each one come from a unique domain? Or do you only have a list of 12,500 unique domains, and there would be lots and lots of duplicates? (different users, but same domain repeated several times) In which case that wouldn't be good at all.

Hi tihomir,

The answer to the first question is that it is technically possible, but
much less effective for your rankings.

The reason for this is that many of the forums allow two or three links. This
is why you would typically get 50,000 links from 25,000 profiles so you are
getting multiple links from some profiles.

It is my opinion, and I believe that most webmasters would agree, that
multiple links from the same URL going to the same URL count much less or
maybe don't count at all. So there could be a big waste there.

However, if you have three links from one profile and those three links are
for DIFFERENT URLs, then you get the full link juice.

Plus, it's not considered good SEO to point 100% of your links to one page.

I will get to the second question later, I have to step out right now.

It is fine to point these links directly to our money sites and, in fact, it's
the BEST way. It's how I do it myself and it works very well. There are
some people that think that too many links too fast is a bad thing.

Let me tell you something, if you ever have a site that goes viral, you will
laugh at those people. They are paranoid. They are just parroting things
that they have heard.

Build resistance to the sandbox? LOL

The only thing that will ever save you from the sandbox is links, links, and
more links.

Man this service looks sweet but with only a max of 3 urls and 3 keywords for the 25k package, it's not really what I'm looking for.
