I have purchased twice from onthewayup and a little check up oft he Wikis actually made me very upset about the so called ‚quality‘ he delivers same as a post which surprisingly got deleted from this thread of an upset customer and therefore I checked up a lot manually and honestly came up with a fucking unexpected result which I am about to explain here.
This might be the reason why my site dropped completely off after I ordered a HeavyHitter 3 which followed the initial Heavyhitter 2. I wish I had discovered this earlier as for sure my reviews would not have been that positive. Beside that, I chatted to him via skype to give him a chance to improve his service but after finding out he re-uses content as proven in the Wiki property explanation I think it’s just fair to let everybody know… As this packages are expensive and should be quality and quantity, quantity of links not footprints. He is acting like he has nothing to hide and fights for his customers and ‘stays ahead of competition’ so I am pretty much sure he will have explanations for all stat stuff I am about to write down.
Here are some facts for my HeavyHitter3 package which should explain why I feel cheated on this:
1 – 10 WIKI PROPERTIES
In the opening thread it’s said:
‘Take 1 100% unique (not ezine rewrites) 400 word article - spin it to 80% unique + readable’
Well I thought I’d just put one article of a Wiki into copyscape premium and it came up with a couple of really interesting results:
‘
The page below has 324 words matching 74% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:‘
Well actually the real interesting shit about this result is that this was found on a domain which is also used in the BLA report under the Moodle section. The page has the ticket id of 171 while mine has the ticket id 160. Now you might think someone might have copied the content he created, but hey:
why are there wiki pages created on his privatewiki network linking to the same domain as in the moodle ticket which I just discovered ? Actually this means he re-used my article for a different customer who had the same niche. Btw. I checked up for one Wiki article only and there were 11 results all to other orders than mine (means duplicate content and linking to competitors site) and my order was posted to the moddle ticket system and the wiki 5 days prior to the other guy with same niche. Nice footprint btw. as well and
not provided a 100% unique article for the moodle articles as mentioned in the opening post by him ‘
Take 1 100% unique (not ezine rewrites) 400 word article - spin it to 80% unique + readable’ and also not spun to the level he tells his customers he will spin it to.
Beside that, I did a
check up of his praised wiki network for 10 domains provided in the BLA package and came up with the following result:
This is probably the
most fucking footprint I have ever seen and I don’t know how people like Grindstone, Magic Hat or whoever are able to post a positive review about this wiki shit as it’s all over footprints. To avoid him coming up with stating he used different wikis for their reviews about the wiki service, I need to tell you guys that onthewayup told me on skype they are the
same wikis used in the BLA package and wiki package and wrote that in his Wiki thread too…
Here are the stats of this wonderful service:
10 domains the wikis are hosted on have (details according to mr. onthewayup himselve:
http://www.wickedfire.com/1245451-post309.html stating:
10 C Class IPs, 7 Domains between 2 and 9 years, 2 between 1 and 2 years, 1 is 7 months old:
IPs: 3x one IP, 4x one IP, 3 x unique IPs (remember it’s supposed to be ‘
Each wiki is on a different class C IP address’)
The same registrant including Name, address, phone, e-mail, administrative contact: 10/10 (means 10 times same name, same adress, same everything)
The same reverse mx record: 8/10
Same Registrar company: 10/10
Same Nameservers: 0/10
Some more about the wikis:
not a single wiki has a Logo inserted, not a single Wiki has modified standard pages like main page and all over the very much standard mediawiki content is still included.
Beside that for the guys who ordered a Wiki package:
check your time about ‘this page was last modified on xx.xx.xx at xx.xx’, as I found a LOT of posts which have exactly the same date and time and very similar (poor spun) titles too – again to ensure the footprints. Strange I also did
not find a single image inserted into my wikis as this was advertised as well by ‘
Each wiki will have images where applicable’. Beside that I almost forgot to mention the wonderful
‘recent changes’ page which looks almost same on all wikis. Even the time is exactly the same for articles to be inserted so stop
bullshitting about manual – who can put up 10 articles in 1 minute ?
2 – 20 WEB PROPERTIES
I checked 1 random article out of a web 2.0 property onthewayup created by using copyscape premium and here we go:
The page below has 205 words matching 51% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 219 words matching 55% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
Again,
far away from 80% as stated in the opening thread. The properties are using the same username and passwords for each property created and therefore I personally
doubt that they are created manually. Again, far from ‘
Each Web 2.0 property will have images where applicable’ as he said in his opening post for this service, the
most properties do not include any image or stuff. After logging into the e-mail used for the property creation, the properties are created minute after minute. Honestly I doubt anybody can create a property in one minute including getting to the URL, filling the register form and click through the whole procedure and come back to the next site and start over.
3 – 50 ARTICLE DIRECTORY ARTICLES
Let’s catch another footprint and here we go:
Grabbed one random article for copyscape and again the results are about 50% each for the other article directory articles when it comes to being unique but still far away from the advertised 80% uniqueness. Moreover,
13 directories are hosted with the same IP + NS which could be improved as well for sure…
4 – 200+ Moodle and Ticket System Articles
Generally spoken after re-ordering my HeavyHitter3, his list is pretty much short on this.
For my HH2 compared to HH3, 87% domains used were similar in this moodle ticket link system which basically makes the whole BLA impossible to use more than once with all the former footprints combined with this. Diversity is not like that.
I was told that they improve from 200+ to 350 different sites they post this shit on, but I really do wonder how this was improved so much when I was one of the first guys to order and even the very first HeavyHitter I bought had 295 links thrown in for that to compensate for the incredibly high deletion rate of this links. Now imagine all the packages done using only that few domains – nice footprint and so damn easy to pick off due to duplicate content issue. Ah wait here’s a random
check up of one moddle ticket articles – whatch for the 80% uniqueness:
Ticket1:
The page below has 434 words matching 100% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 434 words matching 100% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 434 words matching 100% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 240 words matching 55% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 215 words matching 50% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
Ticket2:
The page below has 449 words matching 100% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 368 words matching 82% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 233 words matching 52% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 239 words matching 53% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
The page below has 229 words matching 51% of the text, as highlighted by Copyscape:
I’ll also wonder how spammed this properties are, just type in some shit like ‘insurance’ or ‘payday’ or most interesting Viagra/enhancement and you’ll see the spamrate. Not only onthewayup uses them, but also some linkbuilders already spammed them during 2010 so is this really the way to ‘
stay ahead of competition’ to
starting a service other guys are doing for more than half a year already ?
5 – 125 Dripped Articles into 125 Blog Network
This is probably one of the very few good parts of this service but it’s provided by a 3rd partie.
