I'm not sure how much of an upperhand an AM has once they are gone from the network... A severence package isn't a bad deal though.. sure beats "fuck you, you're fired".

Been there many times

Hey Guys,

Facinating thread!!!

I've been layed off/fired a number of times and can honestly say, looking back, that every instance was a blessing in disguise. I've always ended up in better shape. A nice shot of "oh shit!!" can definitely wake you up to other possibilties out there.

Xazooglers....I hope you all turn this into a blessing yourselves!!

lol they have. they all got jobs at another cpa network in the same city of Toronto. I am an ex-azoogler myself but I decided to use what i know and work for myself.....i've joined the affiliate dark side :batman:

I checked my azoogle account the other day and noticed that my manager was now Mitch instead of Yuli. Now today I logged in and I don't see one listed anymore???

I guess both of them just don't like you anymore..

Would be funny to see you become a millionaire and credit this whole new step to Azoogle for firing you and thus giving you the much needed kick in the ass to launch an affiliate marketing company. Goodluck to ya.

By the way, do you think you have an edge over us day to day affiliates? I know you guys have the offer edge in some ways, but what about traffic?

you'd be surprized to find out how clueless most affiliate managers are when it comes to being on the other side of things. i'd say there is no edge whatsoever for the most part. I am not specifically speaking about azoogle aff managers but rather over all. I have joined a number of networks and got assigned affiliate managers and that seems to be the trend.

Keep us updated, I'd love to hear how everything turns out. Success story or not, just out of curiousity.
