The NY office was opened around 10/05 ... back then the mobile vertical was producing insane results - there was no end in sight.

Anyhow, I believe the stated purpose of the NY office - to connect more efficiently with US advertisers and clients.

This one guy i refered is doing like 500k/mo average he must be a big email marketer or something but I get percent of him and like 80 other people for life how hot is that

Holy shit. and you get 2% of this guy's money for referring him right? That's enough to live off...

would you mind closing your account and reregistering using my referral? :)

Azoogle is one of my clients, but I have not heard what happened or if it's true. I talked to Mitch on Friday to ask what their top offers are in prep for my ShoeMoney Show on Tues. (Someone in Shoe's forum is giving me a list of questions already and one was, what are the hot offers right now.)

My STRONG guess is they are growing so fast they had to add lots of people fast and now they need to clean house for one that's didn't work out well.

CPA is not slowing down. Azoogle is SLAMMED with business!

Hi guys,

We did in fact let go of some people in our Toronto office, around 16 employees. This has nothing to do with the "cpa industry slowing down." In fact, we are still growing like a weed. Azoogle still has almost 140 employees. In any growing company, you need to hire the best but also you need to ensure that you trim your staff when necessary to remove redundant employees, as well as your lowest performers. Just because someone "does the job" does not mean that they deserve to keep it. If someone else can service the client better, then we want the better employee to service the client. Azoogle was not built by hiring employees that were just "good enough," we want the best and brightest in the industry to lead this company.

This round of spring cleaning won't really affect affiliates at all, as the affiliate group is only growing, in fact its nearly twice bigger today than it was 6 months ago.

Hope that answers some questions, you can always reach out to me directly at alex@azoogleads.com if you have any questions.

Oh, and if you're unhappy with an affiliate manager you've been assigned or simply want to change to someone new, dont keep this a secret, you know where to find me :)

Cheers!
Alex

Azoogle rocks! I can't emphasize how great it is that some of their AMs like AZAlex will take the time to post here and explain what's going on.

I don't know, didn't you read Andrew's e-book about the death of CPA?

Alex, thanks for stopping by and letting us know.

Jon you must feel pretty special that we've got so many network managers here ;)

"Jon you must feel pretty special that we've got so many network managers here"

Yep it's great that so many network managers post here, but Alex OWNS the company so he's about 140 people up from an AM. :pimp:

So how cool is it that the co-founder who has a million other things to do would come here to post and give us an update! Pretty cool!
