Any good places to buy VOLUME cheap traffic?

Preferably redirects and actual unique visitors. I'm looking to test new layouts on this traffic flow.

Unless you have a clever, as yet unknown idea, it won't be cheap and good traffic.

I guess that would be as cheap as it gets for traffic that isn't crap. Do you think it was real visitors?

I don't think that cheap traffic exists. AdWords, Overture and AdCenter are generally speaking the best sources. You also have cheaper second tier services like Miva but most people haven't had much luck with them..

Some sites also offer 100,000 visitors for prices like $49. I wouldn't waste my money on that. There's a reason why their price is so cheap.

I can't imagine a situation where buying traffic would be a good idea outside of PPC.
