I'm speaking from personal opinion here, I have a lot of east indian friends who don't start off a convo like that so I'm not trying to say they all do it but it seems like a large part of the time while dealing with them online for outsourcing, or whatever else they usually start off with "Hello Friend".
Well at least the ones I've dealt with, on another note though I've learned that the large majority of people who start out with "Hello Friend" are not worth working with in the first place haha.

For anyone having trouble with the visa credit; FB manually added the credit to my account after I emailed them.
Found this in my PPC-Coupons.txt file (copied from somewhere, most likely):
1.) Make a Facebook account if you have not done so already.
2.) Go to the search bar and type "visa" and click enter.
3.) Click the applications tab in the middle of the screen.
4.) Click "The Visa Business Network"
5.) Click the "Application" button on the right side.
6.) Then Allow the Visa Business Network to view your profile.
7.) Fill out the small form with a correct email address.
8.) Check your email, and click on the second link.
9.) At the top bar by Ads Manager click "Billing"
10.) Next to billing summary click "Funding Sources"
11.)Click "Enter Coupon Code" at the right of the page.
12.) Enter the code that came in the email Facebook sent you.
-you now have $100 credit

do a lot of people actually make dupe accounts just for these few hundred bucks? i mean its great...basically free money...but the work and risk doesnt seem worth losing your account. i understand if you're only making like $50/day...but anything more than that makes $250 free bucks seem like not enough to risk your account.
Oooh, was in the middle of creating ads and they pulled out the ban hammer. Account is deleted about 30 minutes after entering codes.
damn..guess that answers my questions...def. not worth it....so did you submit an ad or you didnt even get to submit one? also, did they ban your new account or old one or both?
Exactly the same has happened to me. I have an aged account, so I created a fresh one for the ads.
They fuckin approved one of my Ads first, then next time I go to log in, my account was disabled.

The icing on the cake is that they've also closed the advertising account on my main, proper account. I've contacted them but no reply so far.
