I doubt you will achieve your 365 dolalrs a day goal or be able to maintain it long term unless you happen to stumble into somethigng ingenious that is also sustainable. What you are doing has already been tried thousands of times and is stale.

Bullshit.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make money online but it does take someone with motivation.

That's like saying the stock market is tale becuase it's been tried thousands of times.

$365/day is a hell of a lot easier to get to and maintain on the net then in the market...for me anyways. I fucking hate the stock market though.

Oh yeah Neit...just start making a list of anything and everything and start throwing pages up, most won't pan out but it's a learning thing and learn by doing.

There isn't one certain niche to start out on just try to stay away for the over saturated ones until you get some experience, or not, it's your choice on how you want to learn. :)

You can sustain that amount of income on Arbi alone. It's being done everyday. And if he branched into Aff. successfully, he would surpass his goal. There is no "cookie cutter" way to do this, no. But if/when he found his stride and what worked for him, his goal is certainly attainable.

Don't say it "can't" be done, because the system I started out with is as "cookie cutter" as you can get and I've achieved his goal. Since then, I've branched out and found other ways to monetize, but I still use Arbi pages that I started out with quite successfully.

First off, to EFUT;
What kind of advice is it you're giving? "I doubt you will achieve..." ?!?
That's the spirit. Just give up everyone.. :error:

Seriously though, to the rest of you who DO have motivation and can follow your dreams through determination: It is TOTALLY possible for you all to make $365 a day. We have all been newbies at one point (heck, I still consider myself as one!) and even the big guys started somewhere for fuck's sake. But only you yourself limits what is possible. Countless people on this forum have proved that they have applied what they have learned and started making $xx or $xxx a day in PROFIT daily.

Then they re-apply that and repeat it. And repeat it. You will succeed.

I have a couple questions for ImageandWords if he wouldn't mind answering (no need to be too specific of course).
Of course not. :)

1. Should I focus on quality content? If so, should my arbi pages look like full sites with multiple pages or just one page with no links except for the ads? I understand here that most people recommend only one page, with only enough relevant content to get targeted ads, used as exits. The later, common knowledge plan was what I was planning on following.
Quality content isn't necessary at all. Just make sure you have SOME content and that it is very relevant to the keyword in question. Like many others, I just scrape my content automatically by keyword. Keep it at 1 page with NO links going anywhere else. You want the visitor to have no choice but to click an ad or hit the back button.

2. Any tips oh which sort of niches to look for? Perhaps specific products "nokia xxxx phone", more general products like "cell phone", or perhaps more topics more like "stock investing" and the like?
Thanks for any tips.
Basically you wanna research niches/keywords that:
1) pay well in Google Adsense, or YPN
2) costs as little as possible in places like 7search

I use Keyword Country along with the Google Adwords tool for step 1. I then use the 7search keyword tool to find what those keywords will cost me. Play around with different budgets and test.

Welcome to the board and good luck on your journey to profits.

I was a newbie to arbi back in november when I joined. Since then, I have learned TONS from this forum. But the most important thing I learned was doing things my own way.

Nothing against lerchmo's great template+script, but I decided to go my own route and create everything from scratch and do thorough testing and dilligent niche research.

As they say - hard work pays off, and I have now ended up on a template that never drops below 75%. My ROI is consistently 3.5 to 1 and each new arbi site I put up make $50 profit or more per day. Just 18 more of those and I will pocket $1000/day from arbi alone. I'm also diversifying with PPC->affiliate as well but have yet to reach the ROI of my arbi at this point.

I'm not saying all this to brag. I'm saying it so that you can stay motivated and truly believe in yourself that you WILL make $365 a day, and that you WILL reach that goal much sooner than 365 days. :) Trust me, it is not a far fetched goal at all. In this business, the sky limits your salary. :D

Good things come to those who wait (and work hard. and never quit.). :)
And my last tip is in my sig... ;)

I totally agree man. take all the information you learn here and use it to make do your own thing, it gives you a better understanding, control, and satisfaction about the whole thing.

Good luck. I think it took me about 90 days to hit $365 a day when I first started affiliate marketing, and I really had no idea what I was doing.

Hmm... I started just over 90 days ago and I made $850 yesterday. :)

$365/day by Day 365 is easy if you set your mind to it and keep testing to continue improving.

Nietzsche, I'm looking forward to seeing how well you do. I have no doubt that you'll be able to do it if you stick with it.

Day 3

Today I registered a domain, hosting, and installed Lerchmo's pagegen script. My schedule will have to change slightly, as since I am unfamiliar with PHP it took me longer to install than I hoped, and tomorrow I will attempt to install the page rotator.

I have also made some changes to Lerchmo's script:

- Completely removed image functionality (now compliant with adsense TOS)
- Adsense "channel" is now an implemented feature
- Uses dashes instead of underlines in file name
- Returns 404 error if user tries to access non-existant page
- Customized template

This should make it more usable. I like how the code he wrote is very clean and barebones enough that I can figure out how to customize and change some things.

I am also interested in testing out YACG, but that will have to wait until I've broken my teeth on this one. I definitely like the idea of having a automated split-tester.

Day 4

Today I successfully installed the split tester and Google analytics. I realize it's not very exciting at this point, but I want to have everything in place - this business seems to live and die by its stats.

I've also began playing around with YACG, I wonder if I should haven't just installed this in the first place, but I think I will attempt two different types of sites, as the niches I am considering looking at don't seem to have anything really available for them content wise on wikipedia or otherwise. It may be hard to get the ads targeted for them, but I'll wait and see.

Day 5

Alright so I'm taking the boring route for now - what I think is fairly "white hat." I have about 40 keywords that look really good I want to make pages on for my niche. I'm going to write my own quick content piece for each and throw them online.

Maybe this is a *bad* idea, I'm not sure - but I want to avoid smart pricing and half smart pricing and I'm suspicious that Google could easily find pages that are obviously arbi and duplicated content.

This already is looking rather tedious and I definitely see the benefit of throwing up 500 pages with a content generator, but I've researched my keywords pretty carefully and I think they have a good chance to profit.

In case your curious, what I looked for in keywords is pretty simple - high CPC with google bid tool, and low cost and >1,000 keywords/mo on 7search. I think I'm lowballing it with >1,000, but I'll test and learn. Also considering setting up an MSN account, but I need to read more on here and see if they're any good with arbi.

From what I've heard you need a lot more searches on 7search than 1000. Also, I doubt you'd get smartpriced from duplicate content. And you shouldn't just try to get a high cpc with google bid tool but also a high average. There are many niches where some person is paying 5$/click but bidding 10 cent will still get you into top 3. I usually enter 0.50 to 0.7 in ad position estimate tool and choose keywords that receive at least 4-6 position for high traffic keywords with such a bid (low traffic at least 7-10).

Thanks akk0, I'll use that to double check my keywords.

Also, I will go ahead and just test content generation after I finish getting these keywords set up so that I can compare.

Asinine? Repetitive? You decide, but I was interested in following a newbie's progress, perhaps following in someone's footsteps and find my way to making a living off internet income.

My goal is to reach $365/day in 365 days. This seems high in my opinion, but I see that many on these forums are doing far better. This will not be an increase of $1/day necessarily, as I predict my income will jump heavily at certain points as I unroll campaigns and finish setting up niche sites, but at the end of a year the idea is to have an average income of $365/day.

The idea is that you can do it too. Those interested could share tips, copy progress, etc.

My plan is to post my daily earnings and a quick synapse of what action has been taken on that day, every day, so you can follow the progress - and people can clue in with questions or tips.

I have never done this before, and so my attempt is to show that anyone can do this, starting now.

Borrow $182.50 and you will make within one day $365... :D
