The way the scheduler works is this...

If there is a project scheduled (at any date on or before today's date) then that project will be run.

If there is no project scheduled then any one project will be selected at random every day.

As its only 50 links a day I'm going to point it directly at a site I have that isn't ranking for anything.

I have put two keyword into 24/7 backlinks so will see how they improve in the SERPs.
Their current ranks are: #154 and #149. The site is an EMD with about 29 pages indexed in Google.

I've since had 5 referrals so getting 100 links a day. Have ran this project 9 times. Site is now #78 and #143 in Google. Early days but am pleased so far. Backlinks In shows 55 backlinks.
 
Alright, just signed up for free level and giving it a whirl.

Quick question: I see your rates are listed as:

250 links/day $25/month
500 links/day $39/month
1000 links/day $59/month
2500 links/day $109/month

And in my control panel I'm limited to 25 projects at a time. (First sentence under Projects tab.)

Is that 25 projects for the free level, and more for paid levels? If so, how many?

It's just a hard limit that I have imposed on my system to stop "rogue" users from filling my hard drive with 100k+ projects todo.

If you need more projects to be stored on your account for some reason simply send me a message and let me know why.

As of right now J-Dog, this is not possible. Not without creating a second account at least.

The new version of 247backlinks will allow for multiple projects to be completed in one day.

As for you J-Dog, it's coming along, thanks for asking :) I am a one man army so things don't happen overnight.

Actually I have begun splitting up regular accounts at the customer's request because some people simply cannot wait ;)

Basically people with 1,000/day packages can create 5x 200/day packages no problem, they only need ask!
 
I hadn't scheduled any projects to run for a while as I thought it would pick a project from random and just run that each day.

But when I logged back in it has just ran the same project for the last 10 days or so. Is there anyway to change it so it mixes it up a bit if you have not scheduled anything?

Not too happy with this service at the moment.

I was going thru several of the services I pay for monthly ( BLG, LinkPushing, dripable, this one, etc ) and looking at the effectiveness of them. I ran reports on the last 3 projects this service did and combined all the links into 1 file and ran a link check on it. Out of 3400 links, it only found 8 with my link on it. I thought maybe I fucked something up, so I ran the check 3 more times with different settings to make sure and each time it came back with 7-8.

I ran it against another provider just to make sure the link checker was working and those all came back fine.

I know when I signed up they said they were dropping links everywhere and that there would be a low stick rate, etc.. but 8 damn links over 3 days is pretty damn low.

Thats only gonna be 80 links in a month, of which I paid $59 for to get. Compared to other services, I just cant expect to keep this service in my "arsenal".

I would like the OP to respond to this and let us know what he is doing to improve. If I have for some reason fucked up my analysis, then I will post that as well.
 
Update:

I thought maybe my template for the project could be to blam, so I tested a random cross section of my projects that have diff template setups and they came out the same too in the reports as my post above.

In their FAQ they report 5-15% stick rate, but even 5% would be 170 links and I am only getting 7-8 links ( less then 1% ) over a 3 day period with them. Most of my sites are nice blogs with 5-6 pages of good content that I just converted over to adding in some ebay listings too so I dont see a quality issue really.

I am going to try an old project and see if that is same or not.

EDIT:
Just ran an old report on a site I did for a client ( legit site, no ads, etc ). 1 link found out of 1k.
 
^I'm not having much luck with them either, eliquid. On the surface 24/7BL is just what I need but underneath I'm just not getting any. (Links, that is.;))

The ONLY backlink showing up for me in Y!SE, after many weeks of use, is from this 1 site:

-And frankly I don't want it!

So I've turned my free service off before it pissed off the wrong webmaster.
